SUCCESS STORY BASED ONIMPLEMENTATION OF KAIZEN.
BSK Engineering Company is a company formed By Mr. V. N. Byoma in 1987 dealing with production of Engineering products especially machines. It is envision in producing quality products, cost effective and timely delivery.
In February 2014, the KAIZEN philosophy was introduced to the company as a pilot company through SIDO Morogoro. By 20th February, 2014 the KAIZEN Team visited the Company for initial survey.
After the visit,KAIZEN team was formed and Action plan developed following the identified anomalies in the working area and offices in General.The action plan for 5S had to be completed on April 30th 2014.
In general, the company is now implementing KAIZEN after successfully graduating from5S phase.
Now we have managed to increase four work efficiency and effectiveness through reduction of wastes i.e time waste, material waste etc.
The company still expects so much from KAIZEN trainers to make sure it increases its competitive advantage one imported products.
