
SIDO Singida conducted 3 days training on food processing to Ighobwe Amani VICOBA at Singida Rural District. The participants of the training were 11 male and 16 female attended. The objectives was to provide knowledge and skills related to food processing technology and use the available raw materials to produce finished products. And this will reduce post harvest loss of vegetable and frunts which lost during the harvesting season.
The approach used during the training session was Lecture and practicle. The methods enabled participants to have full understanding of the imparted skills.
The training coverd the following programs;

3.Jam.
4.Mangle pickle
5.Drying of onions
6.Drying of vegetables
7.Drying of fruits
