After honey became homogeneous through pre heating and stirring it need to be cooled and settled at temperature of 25 to 30 centigrade in the storage/settling tank. Also through settling process forms/scum are separated from honey to the top and left the honey to settle at lower side of the tank. For the commercial at least a Tank with capacity of 500 kg is recommended.
