In November 2015 SIDO and Canadian Executives Services Organization (CESO) have signed a Partnership Action Plan (PAP) which will be implemented in the next five years. The collaboration will be hinged on the following key areas:
- Enhancement SMEs skills capacities for growth and competitiveness;
- Enhancement of SIDO ICT program;
- Enhancement operational capacity of the organization;
- Entrepreneurship and Business skills development;
- Markets and Information;
- Technology sourcing and dissemination;
- Infrastructure;
- Enhancing production process, products quality, new products development, etc.
