It is SIDO’s role to establish SMEs capacity development needs, identify the required technical support and facilitate access to those technical services. SIDO arranges for SMEs to get support of experts from within organization and different specialized institutions like R & D and academia. The support will come in different forms such as capacity development interventions, mentoring and coaching.
