SIDO Singida organised two days training on Financial Management and Loan management at Singida Munispal.The training involved 20 participants 8 male and 12 female from Singida Municipal, Makala and Iramba, the participants were different sectors such as sunflower oil production, flour production, textile and trade.The objectives was to impart knowledge and skills on the business record keeping and SIDO loan regulation to enable them to manage their business also be able to access SIDO financial service.
During the open ceremony SIDO Regional Manager Bi Shoma Kibende insisted the participants the impontance of business growth to enterprises and think on growth rather than survival.
Under the training programme the lessons coverd were;
1.Meaning and importants of business record keeping
2.Simple book of accounts
3.Ledger book
4.Regulations, procedured and loan repayment.
The knowledge imparted to participants will enable them to keep records of the business and also those who will access loan from SIDO will manage to make repayment on time and reduce defoulters after knowing loan proceduers and regulations.
