The training have two main parts, that is theoretical and practical part.

the theory part will be three days and cover the following topics

 - Selection of food processing technology

 - Food safety and health

 - Different methods of processing

 - costing & Pricing

 

The practicle part will cover 3 days and  6 products will be practise  among the following products, depend on the need of participants

  • Fruit Jam processing
  •  Nutrious flour
  •  Tomato & Chill sauce
  •  Fruit Juice
  •  Garlic paste
  •   Soy Drink
  • Spices
