SIDO Njombe Region, in collaboration with the Agricultural Market Development Trust (AMDT) and with funding from AGRA, has provided training to entrepreneurs on wholegrain food processing technologies, food safety, quality standards, and market opportunities.
The training was conducted by Masigo Andrew, an Engineer at SIDO Njombe Region, with the aim of equipping entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge needed to produce safe, high-quality products that meet required standards and can compete effectively in various markets.
Through the training, participants gained knowledge and practical skills to improve production processes, add value to grain crops, and enhance the competitiveness of their products in the marketplace.
